This cast iron Dutch oven is pre-seasoned and ready-to-use, without needing to specially prepare it before use by baking oil into the surface. Cast iron cookware cooks evenly and retains heat and may be used on the stovetop, in the oven, or over a campfire. Includes a cast iron lid and a wire bale handle.

The cookware's flat bottom allows it to heat evenly across the cooking surface, and may be safely used on ceramic glass cooktops.
Materials: Cast iron preseasoned with soybean oil
Care: Hand wash only; not dishwasher safe
Before first use, rinse with hot water (without soap) and dry completely. Apply a light coat of vegetable oil or non-stick cooking spray onto the inside surface before cooking. Do not place on a hot burner; allow the cookware to heat as the burner heats. To clean after cooking, allow the cookware to cool before washing with a brush and hot water; do not use soap or detergents. Immediately towel dry and apply a light coat of oil. Store in a cool, dry place.
