This highly-concentrated gourmet flavouring is 3 to 4 times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavourings or extracts. Don't let the tiny bottle fool you; a very small amount is packed with flavour and aroma. Use in candies, chocolates, ice cream, baking, or anywhere an extra bit of flavour is desired.
Soluble in water
When substituting these flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening; add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)
