Squeezing the bulb of this stainless steel baster creates suction to fill the shaft of the baster with the succulent juices from the bottom of the roasting pan; release the bulb to let the juices flow over the bird. The baster includes an injector needle for injecting liquids directly into the meat of the bird and a cleaning brush.
Silicone bulb is heat resistant to 450˚F/230C.
