This all-natural compound chocolate block can be melted in the microwave, in a double boiler, or in a chocolate melter and used for dipping, baking, or decorating. The non-GMO chocolate block contains no artificial colours or flavours. The block is grooved for easy breaking off of desired amount. Use in cakes for richer chocolate flavour, create decadent mousses or desserts, or use for dipping fruit, pretzels, cake pops, and more.
Do not allow the chocolate block to come into contact with any water or moisture. Due to the nature of this product, the chocolate may melt during shipping. This does not ruin the chocolate; the chocolate is perfectly fine. Occasionally there may be light-coloured streaks or film on the surface of the chocolate. This will disappear when the chocolate is re-melted.
