Use this silicone mould to produce high heel shoe-shaped chocolates. The mould is easy to use: just fill with tempered chocolate or melted compound chocolate, let set, and release. The silicone cavities give a glossy finish to the chocolates. The mould may also be used for baked goods, jellies, cream cheese, sugar, fondant, isomalt, ice cream, and more.
