Macaron Workshop


Macarons are a delightful French meringue-based confection made from eggs, sugar, and almonds, with a sweet filling, typically baked in a variety of flavours and colours. Learn to make this beautiful treat as the instructor demonstrates the preparation and piping of the batter, as well as the preparation of three delicious fillings: truffle, white chocolate, and lemon. You pipe and fill a selection of macarons which you can take home to enjoy! Recipes are provided.

Suitable for those with limited baking experience and for teenagers. Limited to 11 - 14 participants. Taught by Sandra Christmah.
