These stylish home canning mason jars have a short, squat shape favoured by gourmet food producers. The jars are ideal for jam, jelly, relish, chutney, sauces, salsa, tomatoes, or savoury spreads.

Screw bands can be reused, but SNAP lids are designed for one-time use only.

Due to the presence of a "shoulder" on these jars, they are not recommended for freezing

    Does Not Stack

    lyk079 on 5th Aug 2019

Bought these jars to sous vide creme brulees and although their aesthetic and size are perfect, the one HUGE downside is that the DO NOT STACK. The underside is rounded and don't sit on the lids making stacking not an option.
Ruined 3 servings (got waterlogged), one of which broke when I took it out of the water bath, but that was my fault - I used regular metal tongs like a beginner LOL
