This 100% reusable mould-making material for chocolate, fondants, or gum paste castings is a flexible, rubbery, moulding material that works by melting and pouring. Many casts can be made using the same mould. The mould-making material is food safe and can be melted in the microwave or in a double boiler -- the material solidifies during the cooling process. When you have made all the chocolate or fondant casts that you want with one mould, it can be remelted to make other moulds.
The mould-making material may be re-melted and reused approximately 35 times. ComposiMold melts at 135°F. Not recommended for use with Isomalt (melts at 200°F), although the mould can first be chilled or frozen to prevent it from melting when it first comes into contact with the hot sugar.
