Care:
To clean, wipe with a damp sponge after each use to remove crumbs or particles. Lay the mat in the sink and run warm water over the surface. Use a mild soap or detergent with a soft sponge to clean the surface. Do not use any scrapers or hard brushes

This reusable non-adherent silicone baking mat is a must for every baker. Line a baking sheet and bake cookies, cakes, and pastries without added grease or oil and without them sticking to the pan. Or, place on your countertop when working with caramelized sugar or chocolate -- they won't stick, and cleanup will be easy -- or when rolling dough.

Available in four sizes: 

  • 8×11: fits a 9 × 13 baking sheet or in most toaster ovens; dimensions: 10-7/8"L × 7-7/8"W
  • 10×15: fits a 10 × 15 jelly roll pan; dimensions: 14-3/8"L × 9-7/16"W
  • 12×17: fits a 12 × 17 or 13 × 18 half-sheet baking sheet; dimensions: 16½"L × 11-5/8"W
  • 15×21: fits a 15 × 21 baking sheet; dimensions: 20½"L × 14½"W

Temperature safe from freezer to oven (-40°F/-40C to 480°F/250C).

A slightly oily residue after washing is normal. A slight discoloration of the mesh is normal after use. Hearty flavoured foods may leave a trace scent on the mats. After drying, lay the mat flat for storage or store between 2 cookie sheets or rolled up.
