For orders submitted on our website, we accept payment by Visa or MasterCard credit cards (either securely provided online or via telephone), PayPal, Interac e-Transfer, certified cheque, bank draft, or Canada Post postal money order (for shipments within Canada only).
Golda's Kitchen is a participating merchant in both the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs. These programs are designed to help make shopping online more secure. By registering a password for your credit card with the Verified by Visa and/or MasterCard SecureCode programs, your card can only be used by you to make online purchases; only you and your financial institution know what your password is -- retailers aren't able to see it. You can trust that your transactions get independent approval every time. During the checkout process, after providing your credit card number, you will be prompted by your card issuing financial institution (on a screen bearing their logo and design) to provide your Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password (note that this is not the 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back of the credit card). If you haven't yet registered a password, you will be prompted to provide other identifying information so that your financial institution can authenticate that the authorized card-holder is placing the order. To register a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password, contact your card-issuing financial institution at the telephone number printed on the back of your credit card.
Interac e-Transfer is a simple, convenient, and secure way to send and receive money directly from your bank account to ours, without sharing any personal financial information. All you need is access to online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution. To remit payment using Interac e-Transfer, submit your order online and select "Interac e-Transfer" as the payment method. Following submission of your order, log in to your online or mobile banking site and choose Interac e-Transfer from amongst the transfer or payment menu options. Please direct your Interac e-Transfer payment to the e-mail address indicated on the receipt (not our regular e-mail address) with the following security information:
• security question: What is my order number?
• security answer: xxxxxxxxx (enter the actual order number found at the top of the receipt)
To remit payment using certified cheque, bank draft, or Canada Post postal money order (for shipments within Canada only), submit your order online and select "Certified cheque or money order" as the payment method. Following submission of your order, please mail your certified cheque, bank draft, or Canada Post postal money order to the address noted on the receipt. Please ensure that the currency in which your cheque is issued (Canadian or U.S. dollars) matches the currency in which your order was placed. We are unable to accept personal (non-certified) cheques or postal money orders issued by the United States Postal Service.
For purchases made at our retail store, we accept payment by cash, debit card, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
