If You Believe a Product is Missing from Your Order
Contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we may initiate an inquiry, following which we will either send the missing product or issue you a refund.
If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product
Contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the damaged or incorrect product or issue you a refund. You will be provided with further instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect product.
If You are Not Satisfied with the Products You Ordered
Contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return authorization number (RA#); please include your order number with your request.
If the Product Malfunctions
Products are warranted by Golda's Kitchen Inc. for a period of 30 days from receipt. Beyond this 30 day period, products may be covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. If a product malfunctions, ceases to function, or requires repair or servicing, please contact the manufacturer or contact us to determine the warranty coverage.
