This multipurpose oval roasting pan holds a 20 pound turkey, a small ham, or a large roast. The roaster consists of top and bottom pans which can each be used on their own as large sauté pans, or combined to create a covered roaster; the lid also doubles as a serving platter. Side-mount diagonal handles allow for more access in crowded ovens. The heavy-duty rack can be placed inside either the roasting pan or the lid, and it can also be hung on the edge of the pan to allow foods to drain right into the pan.
