This roasting and serving rack makes it easy to transport a large roast or bird from the roasting pan to a serving platter or cutting board. Position a roast or turkey on the rack inside a roasting pan for cooking. After removing the pan from the oven, the rack's large handles make it easy to lift the rack using oven mitts to place the meat on a platter or cutting board. Pull the red ring on the joining pin to separate the rack into two pieces which can be easily pulled away from the meat, leaving the turkey or roast resting comfortably on the platter or board.
The rack fits inside 13" × 16" or larger rectangular roasting pans. A non-stick coating allows for easy cleaning. The rack folds for easy storage.
