Golda's Kitchen makes no express or implied warranties, representations or conditions with respect to any items sold on the web site (including warranties or conditions of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties or conditions arising out of course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, Golda's Kitchen makes no representations, warranties or conditions that the operation of the web site will be uninterrupted or error free and Golda's Kitchen will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

While we attempt to provide accurate information on our web site, Golda's Kitchen does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the web site will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, and Golda's Kitchen will not be bound by any such inaccuracies or errors. Your sole remedy for the purchase of any product on the web site is to return it in unused condition for a refund. Under no circumstance will Golda's Kitchen be liable for a sum greater than the total purchase price (including shipping and taxes) of the products purchased.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Golda's Kitchen. Golda's Kitchen reserves the right to delay fulfillment of any order or to refuse to process any order which we, at our sole discretion, suspect may contain inaccurate or fraudulent information (including, but not limited to, credit card payment information) or which otherwise violates the Terms of Use noted herein.

If any dispute arises between the Parties relating to the application, interpretation, implementation or validity of this agreement, the Parties agree to resolve the dispute by arbitration using the Canadian Arbitration Association Expedited Arbitration Rules. The parties agree that the Canadian Arbitration Association Expedited Arbitration Rules give the parties a fair opportunity to present their case and respond to the case of the other side. The arbitration shall be held in Mississauga, Ontario and shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act of Ontario. Judgement upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in an Ontario Court. 

This agreement is to be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
